FIVB-licensed and certified by the French Volleyball Federation, Georges is also an MBA Finance graduate from Auburn University (USA). He founded LZ Sport in 2003, beginning by securing deals for players in the French league. From day one, his vision was clear: to deliver unmatched service and empowerment to players through transparency and truly global management.
The agency quickly expanded beyond France, building a strong international network of dedicated partners. Today, Georges leads LZ Sport alongside Rajko Jokanovic and Xavier Kapfer, and personally represents some of the biggest names in world volleyball.
He is married with three daughters, speaks English, French, Serbo-Croatian, and Italian, and currently lives in Belgrade.

FIVB licensed agent. Rajko completed his Master’s degree in Sports Management in Serbia. He played professionally as a setter for more than 20 years in Serbia, Germany and France. Member of national team of Yugoslavia, later Serbia & Montenegro (200 selections) with which he won Olympic Games Bronze Medal in 1996 and Gold Medal at the European championships 2001. In the year 2012 Rajko joined Georges Matijasevic to become the second agent in LZ Agency. His rich experience as a player and now as an agent, together with expert knowledge of the market are assets that benefit clients on a daily basis. Speaks English, French, German, Serbo Croatian, Russian. Currently lives in Cannes.

Xavier is a licensed FIVB and FFVB agent and a former French national team player, with an 18-year career as a professional volleyball athlete. He joined LZ Sport in 2018 and spent five years managing male athletes before shifting his focus in 2023 to the women’s side, supporting the agency’s strategic growth in the female market.
His main focus is guiding and developing top-level players, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and open communication. Xavier’s current goal is to elevate the women’s division of the agency to match the success and impact of its men’s side.
He lives near Bordeaux. He speaks French and English.

Of Franco-Serbian nationality, Sylvie is a graduate of the ESAM School of Management and Finance in Paris. Before joining LZ Sport in 2022, she held diverse roles in project management, internet traffic management, advertising, and executive leadership across France, the USA, Spain, Ireland, and Serbia.
At LZ Sport, she manages finances and administration, contributing to the agency’s strategic growth and operational excellence. She speaks English, French, Serbo-Croatian, and Spanish, and currently lives in Belgrade.
